New Orlean’s Ball

Screen Shot 2015-09-26 at 3.22.56 PMYou haven’t lived until you’ve gone to a Ball. Just kidding, but really you must at least one time in your life attend a Ball before you kick the bucket. My trip to New Orleans, as I stated before, was the most amazing and informative vacation that I’ve ever taken. There’s just something about the city that I love so much. Carrying on, the hotel Le Pavilion Hotel that I was staying at was hosting a little Ball event at the Ritz Charlton hotel, which was only blocks away from it. I received the letter under my hotel room’s door. I went to my colleagues’ room, and informed them of the ball, so we all decided to go. I decided to wear a suede Armani Blazer that I intended to wear for dinner, however I knew it would be perfect for the ball. Since we had decided not to rent a car, since the city of New Orleans is so small you could walk everywhere, we decided to take a carriage ride. Yes! A carriage ride to the Ball, doesn’t that sound familiar. Anyways, once we arrived to Ritz Carlton I felt like I was in a fairy tale for most of the part. If you don’t know already, The Ritz Carlton is a prestige’s Hotel chain and the hotel in itself can take you
Screen Shot 2015-09-26 at 3.23.21 PMr breath away. We arrived and entered the Ball room. Music, snacks and foods, pillars, women in ball gowns, guys in suits, it was a real life Ball. The band was playing many of New Orleans classical music, people were dancing and chatting away. All and all this was actually my last night in New Orleans, and It couldn’t have ended any better. – David Plowden, Mods Manor Screen Shot 2015-09-26 at 3.23.34 PM
