Who knew an entire theme park could be made out of LEGO®s! Well…recently, I was able to explore one just like it. LEGOLAND® located near Lakeland Florida has managed to build the mammoth of all LEGO® creations. LEGOLAND® Florida Resort is a fully operating theme park and resort that’s specifically catered to the toy brand LEGO®. Every facet of the park is filled with spectacular LEGO® creations.

From LEGO® skyscrapers all the way to the United States Capital built solely out of LEGO®s, it’s a magnificent sight to see.

What I also found quite interesting was the added LEGO®-themed hotel that sat adjacent to the actual park and a LEGO®-themed theater as well.

As I ventured throughout the park and gawked at some of the beautiful LEGO® ensembles, I decided to make a pit-stop at one of their newest rides. The Great LEGO® Race VR Coaster, one of LEGOLAND®’s newest and intuitive coasters, allows riders to experience PICO and VR Coaster technology.

This interactive ride allows riders to wear secure goggles that creates a virtual world all while they’re riding throughout the coasters twists and turns. The PICO Interactive technology has been utilized in many popular electronic devices and games in the past, so I was very intrigued to discover that it had been integrated into a live roller coaster…amazing!
