Invitation Homes Collaboration: Pops of Color in The Manor

Recently I partnered with Invitation Homes to talk about some of my favorite décor trends in The Manor for 2022! Invitation Homes is a lucrative single-family home leasing company that also provides great tips for landlords who decide to rent-out their homes to the public. In honor of me finalizing all the renovations in The Manor, I thought it was not only a timely collaboration, but a perfect opportunity for me to divulge some of my favorite decorative pieces in my house.

Since The Manor’s walls are comprised of warm beige and white tones, pops of color would be one of my favorite decoration trends this year. Greenery is scattered throughout the entire home. From topiary trees, to flower pots, down to miniature shrubs gently placed in the kitchen, The Manor is filled with subtle pops of green.

Artwork adds another layer of color as well. With the elaborate wainscoting taking up a large portion of space around the home, this allots for symmetrical spacing when placing artwork on the walls.

Colorful throw pillows and interior design magazines also make for great accent pieces in The Manor, and brown tones are also sprinkled throughout the entire vicinity in a variation of hues.

Brown can be seen in the stairwell’s banister, in the foyer’s crystal chandelier and the framing around the dining room chairs.

Next time you’re up for leasing out your home, or just simply trying to find ways to spruce it up a bit, try adding pops of color in order to increase the vibrance of your house, and make sure to visit Invitation Homes to get more interior design tips today!
